"Out of the mouths of babes...."

Our spirituality is first and foremost in our life.  The way we live and the decisions we made from growing our own food, to choosing not to buy a home, to homeschooling stems from the desire to reflect our faith in our every day life so that my children can cultivate it in their mind and heart and eventually make it their own.

When my mom came to live with us for more than a year, she brought us back on track on something we almost lost sight on - that despite our spiritual schedule, the spiritual training for our children should not wait.  Yes, its true that they are already on training when attending meetings, associating with their brothers and going out in the field, but their own, personal spiritual training was being neglected.

Fast forward to today, we still have a long catching up to do, but the difference with my children is still obvious.  They are no longer just companions in they field because they want to preach and become disappointed when they don't get a chance to.  No longer bystanders in the Kingdom Hall because they are now participants - commenting and participating in demonstrations and soon, in parts of the Theocratic School.

They are ready to 'shout out' praise for Jehovah at all times and I was recently told by one of their cousins who just restarted her own journey back in the truth, that they were very instrumental to her as well.

We live in urgent times!!!  I'm glad my family is getting back on track in renewing our own sense of urgency and this time, all of us, including the girls.  Truly, what better way is there to live our lives....this is definitely the best life ever!!!
