The Lure of the "Casting Call"

Every year, Gap sends out a call for their next Baby Gap model in what they call "the Casting Call." And each year hundreds of thousands upload their childrens photos with the hope of landing one of the coveted 4 categories. It may not really be all about the fortune and fame since this contest does'nt really have extravagant prices but perhaps it's the lure of seeing your kids beautiful face in the window one of the nations most recognizable brands. I fell for that lure yet again this year though this is only Mer's second entry in this audition of sorts. Now it's a waiting game until the panel of judges make their decision as the plow through these pages upon pages of entries like ours.
